Hello! My name is Tracey and I am a dōTERRA® Essential Oils Wellness Advocate. I live in a beautiful rural setting in Trent Hills, Ontario, Canada, and work within post-secondary education. I am a very happy wife, mother, nana, sister, auntie and LOVER of life!

 

Designing a life I love, is all about a daily journey to live holistically. This pursuit aligns with with my mission to inspire, educate and empower others to live a high-vibe life. In countless ways, doTERRA has equipped me with natural, healthy solutions to do just that, and quite literally, has provided what my body, mind and spirit has been craving, for too many years to count!

 

During a significant life transition that brought many physical and emotional challenges, I was blessed to have been introduced to doTERRA Essential Oils by my eldest daughter. Initially, I was skeptical to give them a go, but with my daughter’s sweet encouragement, I agreed. It wasn't long before I experienced a positive impact upon the quality of my sleep, state-of-mind, disposition, and overall vitality, and my perspective shifted. . .BIG TIME!

 

My thought was, “if these incredible essential oils are absorbing into my skin, and into my lungs as I diffuse, and getting inside of my cells to help my body to do all the things that it is designed to do (which is amazing!), than what ELSE is absorbing into my skin, what ELSE am I breathing into my lungs"? I became aware of items within our home that contained potential toxins. Simple things, like candles, scented air fresheners, personal care products, household cleaners, over the counter meds, my food, and the list goes on. Slowly, I experimented with DIY projects, and replaced daily use products with safe alternatives, all created with dōTerra essential oils. The end goal was to drastically reduce the toxic load within our home!

 

How we will feel tomorrow, is largely dependent on what we choose today!
